We are a group of experienced professionals, each working in their field of expertise to achieve complete control during the process of garment production. It starts with a proposal from our design team and we manufacture in our own factory in Tanger (Morrocco), with capacity for big productions. Colibri is set up by a team of graphic designers, garment designers, pattern-makers, textile engineers, dressmakers and our office/salesteam.
We want to optimize and speed up the designing process as much as possible, and we are proud to be pioneers at working with digital 3D design softwares, which allows us to simulate and visualize garments with super accurate details and emulating all sorts of fabrics. We reduce drastically design preparation time and the 3D outcome is hyperrealist.
When it comes to fabric development, we use digital softwares to work on the structures and patterns of the fabric in a very flexible and sustainable way. We can offer very realistic digital proposals to the clients in record time.
We’ve joined forces with Employment Centres for Special Needs and we’ve created Coleo Recycling in Galicia. We collect used garments which are processed and classified by employees with some sort of mental disability. We then spin it to turn it back into yarn.
After having passed the necessary quality tests, our design team and technicians work together to develop new fabrics for each season collection. These fabrics can be adapted to the needs of the client upon availability of yarn.
